It was a great experience because they explain everything that you need it and they guarantee me it will go away that I wanted to be. The price of the cars was very very reasonable. The down payment was very reasonable and I love my car.

Honestly, I never could have imagined that I would have the most incredible experience at a car dealership! From the very beginning, they demonstrated unparalleled honesty and integrity. As I browsed through several cars, the young lady, Jess, noticed that the tank of the car I chose to test drive was on E, so she took the initiative to fill it up. While driving, she detected an issue and promptly brought it to my attention, and they rectified it without any hesitation. To top it all off, they generously included four brand new tires from the shop down the street! In my opinion this is the best dealership in the area. Everyone is truly amazing and genuinely committed to helping people find a great car.

I was recommended here by my boss, who has purchased several other cars from them with no issues, I originally got a Ford 2012 from them, as you know cars are unpredictable and until you actually put some miles on em’ you can’t always predict reliability so it gave me some issues, they were VERY VERY kind, apologetic, understanding and were happy to fix it immediately, when it didn’t work they were very quick and problem free about switching it out to a better vehicle than I originally purchased and it runs smooth and I love it. I definitely recommend them for service, for purchasing a vehicle, for anything because they’re genuinely a used dealer who actually cares and I’ve had my fair share of horror stories with used dealers but I would recommend them first just off the fact that they really seek to make you comfortable and happy with their business and go above and beyond to do that and they make sure that you have a reliable vehicle and that you’re happy with it. I worked with both Bruce and Jess as the sales people and both of them were great, Jess is very good with going over facts about the car your purchasing and the details that are important, Giselle is in charge of your payments and other things and she’s really great for helping you understand your payment schedule, making sure info is correct, and advocating if needed, and Mark is the Manager who is also very understanding and he makes sure you leave happy with the purchase you made. 5 out of 5 for me, they work together as a great team and I would purchase another vehicle at any time from them.

This is the place to buy!! I bought a car from Bruce three years ago and was ready to buy again. Bruce is true to his words. I explained what I wanted and he called me to let me know that he had it. I was there on a Saturday and picked up on Monday ( due to Insurance issues on my part). But the process was seamless, I like my suv and I would buy there again.
