I had a great experience at Franks Auto. I am 24, I have not so great credit, and my downpayment at most if not all dealerships was gonna have to be an the equivalent of a small loan. I was recommended to try Franks and it was like a game changing experience for me. I walked in and was greeted by a very friendly crew. I was introduced to a gentleman named Bruce and from that point Bruce walked me through one of the easiest car buy experience I personally believe you can have besides meeting a guy off facebook market and walking away with a car you not sure will turn on in a month from now (no disrespect). Bruce explained how everything works there, I explained how much I was working with. From there Bruce got the personal info he needed and went to the back. He came back with numbers that worked for me and a list of cars to choose from. I got to test drive as many as I wanted on the list and ended up driving 3 or 4 just because I couldnt decide.I ended up landing on a 2017 Chevy Malibu that so far has been the CLEANEST car I have personally purchased yet., Mainly talking about no problems as far as the car has No lights on the dash, no steering wheel drift, no cracks or scratches in/on the windows, heat & Ac work. On top of that the car itself is just clean interior and out aswell. Nice rims & no dents or scratches. Once I let Bruce know i wanted the malibu he got the pen out and I signed where I needed to sign. Last step was insurance, but that wasnt much of a bump in the road as far as time. Took 20 maybe 30 mins. From there I walked out the door and drove away happily ever after type of ending. Franks offers free oil change vouches for the economy next door if you need your oil changed along with offering help with other maintenance that arises while in one of their cars. Overall in and out it took less than 2 hours and I had a great experience the whole time. Bruce was very friendly and sociable so there wasnt really any stress. He was thorough in breaking everything down and answered all questions ive had. Overall Great Guy, Great Crew, Great place to go if youre seriously in need and looking for a car while not having good credit. 10/10👍🏽

I was recommended to come to this place years ago by my old boss Jessica, and never did until now, had a great experience, I appreciated Bruce to walk me through the whole process smoothly, I absolutely love my 2019 Hyundai Kona. Car been amazing, runs great, literally we just got a snow storm yesterday and that car drove smoothly, didn't slipped, didn't got stuck, work amazing in really bad weather conditions, filled my tank with $25, drove over an hour the first night with no problems, and back home, did a lot of research on this car before buying it, I'm very pleased and happy with my purchase, again, thanks FAC and Bruce for everything.

Everything went well. The only concern is the weekly payments I will be making. Seems kind if high.

Very professional nice job they won’t be on the asperities to get me in this Truck I’m very grateful for the sales person Jess She was not a person that always push a person to buy a car we communicate for about two weeks before I actually showed up to test drive the truck shots is so nice and clean drive smooth will refer on my friends and family when they need a new car so go check out Frank auto sales and Manchester Connecticut for your best experience at a car dealership. they do not push you take their time with you. Great staff I met everybody that works for the company on that day so give them a shot Hilbert.

Starting off with I needed a car asap. I called got my info from Bruce. The next day I came and got the car. He was very helpful and also got me off the lot in my car in less than 2 hours!! I bought a 2019 versa from franks. I was unsure of it but after looking at a few different places i still thought back to franks and how i had that at home feeling with them.
